Privacy and data handling.

Plain answers about what we collect and what we do with it. Updated July 2026.

What the site collects

The request form sends us your work email, company, and note so we can reply; it lands in our request inbox on our own infrastructure. Site analytics are first-party and anonymous: no cookies, no personal information, a per-tab session id that ends with the tab, and Do Not Track is honored. We do not run third-party trackers or ad pixels.

What a benchmark engagement uses

Standard benchmarks run against synthetic repositories and your public product materials (docs, SDKs, packages). We do not need access to your production code, and we never ask for credentials. Benchmark task content is processed by the model providers whose agents we measure (for example Anthropic and OpenAI) under their commercial terms.

Retention, deletion, training

Engagement results (reports, run transcripts) are retained on our infrastructure so re-tests can compare against your baseline, and are shared only with you. Ask and we delete your engagement data. We do not train models on your data, and we do not sell data to anyone.

Publication

Private engagement results stay private. Scheduled public research identifies category leaders and aggregate behavior under one published policy that applies to every company, customer or not.
